Triathlon Training: Week 10 - Thursday Workout.....NOTHING

Rest day.

The body feels tired, battered, and bruised.

It is time to recover and heal.

 I slept in. I feel better. My knee is getting back to normal.

I have plans to have my bike, shoes, and cleats checked to see if there is an error in my riding.

I am good. I am good without working out today where that normally drives me crazy.

I take that as a sign that the rest was needed.

GETTING IT DONE! sometimes means doing nothing. Some instances doing nothing is best.
