Description

Have you ever wondered if you were meant for greater things than sitting on a couch playing video games? That's how 12 year old Willie Ford felt until that fateful day his parents told him how he was found in a dumpster 10 years ago. The Interdimensional Dumpster follows Willie and his friends as they unknowingly return to that same dumpster. They end up in a strange, yet familiar land and must help save it from an evil king.

My Thoughts

This was a super fast read. It was a nice break after reading Behemoth. This book contains everything for a student or child ages 9-12 who needs a little motivation to read. Very short chapters, video games, dragons, a dumpster that allows for traveling to different dimensions, and a few bad guys.

I purchased the Kindle version of this book for my iPad as I noticed it had not been read yet by anyone on the Cybil panel so I decided to plunge into this world after throwing in a few bucks to download the ebook. It was nothing complicated, just a simple fun easy read with an ending that will lead to a sequel and probably a new series. Not sure if this one will have the publicity for students to be aware that it even exists, but could be one that would prove popular to those struggling to read.
