A nice quick post about training today. I did not run. My body is sore from head to toe from the Governor's Run yesterday. The back of my right knee is pretty tender. I must have tweaked it a little during the run.
I got up and headed to the Y for some upper body weights. I have not lifted in a while so it felt good to mix things up and toss around some weights. I can't half of what I used to be able to do so that is motivation to start weight training more this winter.
Many fitness goals in my mind for the winter. Love it. Never lose your passion for life and bettering yourself. Continue striving for my mantra of GETTING IT DONE!
