I woke up super tired today. I think the combination of late night Olympic watching, back to teaching and the workload of my training are coming together. This week I have been getting up early at 4:30 to get back to the schedule of my school year when I have to wake up. I am in need of a nap today for sure.
This morning I had the following workout
200 Free @ 3:49(I was still trying to wake up)
200 Pull @3:36
200 Kick @ 4:12
4 x 300 with 30 second rest @ 5:27, 5:19, 5:17, 5:10
These were not too bad. I was to swim these at my 1600 yd pace. I have no idea what that pace is so I just swam at a moderate level.

This workout went by very fast. This was one where the time just went by fast. I hit up the sauna afterwards for about 15 minutes to try and make myself feel better. I don't know if I am getting a cold or what, but I am just not feeling the best today.
Will try to squeeze a nap in after teaching and then a bike ride later tonight. Some good old interval workouts coming my way.
I created a super delicious smoothie concoction today. I will post the recipe later today. This one has the Maurer Power Seal of Deliciousness stamped right on it.
