Here you go as promised, my latest smoothie concoction created on the spot this morning. When it comes to smoothies you really cannot go wrong.
In a blender add the following items
8 ounces of coconut water
1 freshly squeezed lemon(gives it a little pizazz!)
1 cup or more of frozen cherries
1 cup or more of strawberries
1 tablespoon or a tad more of chia seeds
1 serving of creative(optional)
Blend until smooth. Drink right away before the seeds begin to gel.
