Getting It Done Episode 3: Staying Hydrated

I promise that I will not be posting daily videos. It is just that in the beginning of this journey I have a lot I want to document so I can reflect as I move through the next 9 months of training.

In this episode I am going to talk about hydration and making sure I am drinking enough water throughout the day.
